Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy
At Naman Arts, we strive to provide the best shopping experience to our customers. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation or modification requests cannot be accepted.
Exchange & Replacement Policy
You can request an exchange or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange or replacement:

The product must be unused and unworn.

The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

An unboxing video recorded from the beginning without any cuts or pauses is mandatory for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product claims.

Exchange Process

If the issue is due to an error from Naman Arts, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no additional cost.

If the customer wishes to exchange a product despite receiving the correct item in perfect condition, a reverse shipping and re-shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted.

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
Return Policy
You can request a return within 24 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

An unboxing video is required for claims related to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product caused by an error from Naman Arts, we will arrange a free reverse pickup.

If the customer wishes to return a product despite receiving the correct item in perfect condition, a reverse shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and approved.

The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage after delivery.

Minor variations in handcrafted jewelry, stones, beads, oxidized finish, or antique finish are natural characteristics and are not considered manufacturing defects.
