We accept returns within 1 day of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us with your order details and reason for return to initiate the process.

Yes! If you'd like a different size or style, we're happy to help with an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please note that exchange is subject to stock availability.

Items that have been worn, damaged due to mishandling, or are missing their original packaging cannot be returned. Customised or personalised pieces are also non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For prepaid orders, the amount is refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Our jewellery is crafted using German silver and oxidised brass — materials beloved by artisans for their durability and beautiful antique finish. All pieces are handmade by skilled artisans in Jaipur using traditional Rajasthani metalwork techniques, a craft we've been proud to support since 2015.

German silver (also known as nickel silver) is a silver-coloured alloy made of copper, zinc, and nickel. It does not contain actual silver but has a similar lustrous appearance. It is known for being lightweight, durable, and affordable — making it perfect for everyday jewellery.

Our pieces are made with German silver and oxidised brass, which are generally well-tolerated. However, if you have a known sensitivity to nickel, we recommend patch-testing or consulting with us before purchase.

To keep your pieces looking their best:

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, and sweat — remove jewellery before bathing or swimming.
• Store in a cool, dry place — ideally in the pouch or box provided.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
• Avoid using chemical cleaners or polishing cloths, as these can remove the oxidised finish.
• Keep pieces away from direct sunlight for extended periods.

To find your bangle size, measure the widest part of your hand (across the knuckles) when your fingers are held together. Use the measurement in centimetres to match with our size guide:

• Size 2.4 – approx. 6.1 cm diameter
• Size 2.6 – approx. 6.6 cm diameter
• Size 2.8 – approx. 7.1 cm diameter
• Size 2.10 – approx. 7.6 cm diameter

Earring dimensions vary by style and are mentioned in the product description on each listing. As a general guide, our studs range from 1–2 cm, jhumkas from 3–6 cm, and statement earrings from 5–8 cm in drop length. All earrings use standard fish-hook or push-back fittings.

Most of our rings are adjustable and can be gently resized to fit most finger sizes. Where a fixed size is offered, it will be mentioned in the product listing.
